Our self check-in system allows you to access the facility completely independently, with no waiting, no fixed reception. Here's how it works:
Book your stay
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the instructions.
Check in online
A few days before your arrival, we will ask you to fill out an online form with your personal information and that of any accompanying persons, as required by regulations.
Receive access codes
Once you have completed your online check-in, you will be sent your personal code to access the facility, your apartment, and common areas.
Sign in when you want
You can sign in and out independently, at a time of your choosing, even late in the evening.
Stop by the concierge desk for recognition
Although check-in is digital, a quick stop at the concierge desk is required upon your arrival for personal recognition and document verification.

Inside you will find a guide with all the information you need for your stay. And if you need assistance, we are always available via phone or WhatsApp.
A Wallbox Pulsar Pro charging station, which can be used independently by guests with electric or plug-in vehicles, is available at our facility.
How it works:
Authentication required
To recharge, you must register/scan the QR code (found on the charging station) or use a compatible RFID badge.
Self-service recharging
The charging station is compatible with all electric cars (Type 2 socket) and supports recharges up to 22 kW quickly and safely.
Service not directly managed by the facility
Access and payment for recharging is done via app or external service (e.g., myWallbox or other operator), independently by the user.
